How does the pick-up work?
Your driver’s phone number is sent to you before the transfer. They wait for you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name, and can also message you on WhatsApp to introduce themselves. You can reach them at any time.
What is the booking deposit for?
The deposit (€50 for a one-way transfer, €100 for a round trip), paid online by secure card payment, confirms your booking. It is deducted from the transfer price: the balance is paid directly to your driver once you reach your destination.
How far in advance should I book?
For a Saturday transfer, book at least 48 hours ahead; on other days, 12 hours is enough. Once the deposit is paid, you receive a confirmation email with all useful contacts. To change your trip, write or call us at any time.
